whats all the talk of vvl switch points got to do with anything in terms of peak power?
and anyone saying this isn't disappointing for the mods needs to believe this is flywheel HP, NOT wheel.
I'll put it simply, there's 1 or 2 dyno dynamics machines in the south east of england that are reading as low as fook! lol, This is one of numerous cars to have real low results on one of these machines.
1. My own 12.5:1 ve, n1's, 4-1, 3" exhaust etc... 207 fly HP
2. ragt20 1.6 n1, 170ish fly hp??
3. 2 x 20ve's with 16ve cams both getting only 180 fly hp
there's also another ve or 2 and a few de's with low figures on these dynos.
Even my tuner said his boosted s13 made like 60fly hp less on 1 of these dyno dynamics than it did on janspeed's dynojet nearby, same car, same mods etc.
Before anyone comments, i'm not asking to be told that their cars made good figures on a dyno dynamics and they don't read low etc etc. I'm not saying that. However,. from what i understand there's quite a lot of factors that go in to each operator setting up their respective dyno dynamics machines and in the case of 1 or 2 in this area they just seem to read pretty low.
Damasterpnut - whats the butt dyno say? any 1/4 mile times?
I'd be very surprised if this didn't make significantly higher on a dynojet or other dyno dynamics machine tbh, too many ve's are getting figures like this on these couple of dyno dynamics machines for it to be coincidence that they're all set up like shit!
Oh and another thing, FIGURES SHHMIGURES lol
