Check and adjust your base idle speed. To do this, you have to put the car in "Base Idle/Timing Mode," otherwise the ECU will be messing with your idle speed while you are trying to get the basic physical setting adjusted. Search on this and the old forum for details on adjusting base idle.

I can't tell from your post whether your issue started before or after you cleaned the throttle body. One way or the other, it's normal to have to adjust the idle speed after after cleaning the TB.

Sometimes, the ECU will make adjustments that ease the problem after a few days driving, so keep this in mind as well.

Mine would do the same think but I had to play with base idle and iacv to get it not to do it .... Just drive th car still it does it and raise the idle ... Might have to play with it a few times bt it will stop

I was looking again and found that the tb is not always closing all the way.should I put some grease on butterfly ends?

The tb should stay open very little .... The Allen key bolt locks the butterflies to a point ... If it's not that then there something wrong with the spring or the tb it's self

if its the ve TB it has a built in cold start thing that can cause problems.. mine would make the car idle very high
