- My UK10.1 setup does the same thing at times, but I know it's because I'm on the stock ECU. A street tune should have your car running strong bro. I plan on setting my activation points on my VE build around 5200-5400. I'm building a 2.3L 92x86 VE. I have everything on order except for the cam gears. Just trying to see if they are really needed.

Cam gears do help, even on stock cams. If your cams atr switching below 4.5 that is too low imo. I'm with nismo94tuner, bring it up at least to 5k. Every engine is diiferent so some might like the cams to be activated higher or lower.
