Thread: Anyone one using a stock exedy clutch on the VE?

Well I had a exedy stage one in the car but my b13 Tranny went out. Without my knowledge my mechanic slaps on a Exedy stocker in with a good b14 tranny. Im not a racer but if an opportunity arises with a K20 next to me, I want to be sure the stock exedy could hold up. Usual bolt ons dynoed at 190 something whp.

What clutch did you have before? I run a B15 disc with an ACT heavy duty pressure plate.. holds up just fine. I haven't heard the Exedy's having any issues.

I was using the Exedy Stage one. Held like a champ!

But looks like im stuck with a stock exedy for now.

Exedy stage 1 here and after 15k miles still holds like the first day!

dont know i used that clutch on my last sentra with a de motor that didnt work for me clutch would slip after 6k rpm go with a b15 disc

New Oem Exedy clutch kit from greg holding stock VE for now. But i dont know for how long...

im pretty srue a new exedy stock will hold up well. i had a friend on a stock cluctch w like 140k and it was fine on 180whp ve.

my exedy stage 1 held 260/190 just fine all day at the track

i am using an oem exedy clutch on my b15 and it's fine.

Ive using the stock exedy for around 8months now and Im amaze........holds like a champ

Im using the p10 key value clutch and it holds fine
