Since the Allmotrb13 has not replied to his original claim, I assume you are the spoke person for him. Please explain how it's possible to get 230 whp from 333cc injector with e85 and stock 10.3 compression?

I can help if you give me the duty cylce at peak power rpm.

ditto

If a full bolted, camed, exhaust, stock bottom VE can make rougly 205 whp on pump gas then why wouldnt it be able to make 230 with a more agressive tune with more octane....

he doesnt have enough injector to do so you need an injector that has at least 30% more volume to use e85. yes you can tune more aggressively with e85 like it is race gas but you need bigger injectors and the ones he has doesnt suit his power level.

stoich for gas engines is 14.7:1 stoich for e85 is about 9.7:1 now my honda engine that is making about 220whp on 93 pump is maxing out 310cc injectors and has about a 13:1 a/f ratio please explain how you are running 333's to more than 9.7 a/f on a 2.0l with 230whp? not to mention like someone else pointed out. more timing doesnt mean more power. but that has nothing to do with 333's running enough e85. its simple math...

I'd say you also have to consider the fuel pressure for your example --> http://www.sr20-forum.com/howtos/166-inj-size-whp-output.html

190-200hp SR20DE-At this point you will be beginning to build your engine, starting with the cylinder head.
-Stage 3 cylinder head port and polish
-5 angle valve job with valve seat bowl blend
-back cut factory valves
-cylinder head intake and exhaust port match
-cylinder head milled .040
-02 induction intake manifold w/ Infiniti Q45 throttle body
-300zx twin turbo mass airflow sensor
-thinner metal head gasket
-JWT C1 or C2 grind camshafts
-Brian Crower or JWT upgraded valve springs and titanium retainers
-Greddy or HKS rocker arm stoppers
-259cc fuel injectors at 60psi fuel pressure (4 bar)
-ACT Extreme 4 puck clutch set

huh!! i made 196bhp with Tomie poncams 260, pulleys, ASP header and 2.25' cat back. stock ecu and rev limit. that write up is very old and dated.
