What octane is your gas over there? What engine management are you going to use?

I would save my money and just work on cosmetics. I can tell you from personal experience a bad ass turbo car and an all motor build is really something you dont want to get your self into bro. You wont be doing anything but your job and fixing ****.
I promise when I had my beast and my daily every week something was breaking.
I say leave the car like it is. If you get bored spend 3-500 on a nos kit and spray that bitch.

Rich put a stock VE in the car with a set of N1 cams I/H/E and ride man. That should put you at over 200 whp and be a blast to drive. No need to build a motor if its your DD. a stock VE will do you just fine.

I would say skip all the head work machine .050 deeper valve reliefs on the SR16 pistons and with all your other parts you mentioned you should be fine for a DD on premium unleaded gas I personally build a setup like this one and it ran fine with no detonation at all on Shell 93 octane with a maximum timing advance of 32 deg so go for it IMO the head work to much money for the gains,,,
