b13 vvl won't start ..problem found.it now runs:)
So we are using the stock de maf. inj. dist. and ecu. The motor would not fire up. I pulled the spark plugs and all four plugs had oil on them. I did a compression test 1cyl was at 210 2.3.4 where 90-110 the test was done at cold engine temps since we can't get the dam thing started..
Tomorrow im going back with a spare dist. cap. rotor and a spare ecu. and swap them out. So far i swapped the coil . igniter and tested the voltage at the coil plug and it was 12v. i turned the dist. by hand to hear if the inj. are firing and they are.All fuses are good

Can this motor be shot? any other ideas ?

What everyone will say, there are 3 things you need right? Compression, Spark, and Fuel.

I would make sure and check compression again, doesn't make sense to me that 3 were consistent and 1 was really high(in comparison). Check for spark, get a spare plug and pull one wire out and crank(make sure its grounded). Do that to all 4. If there's oil on the plugs, clean it off and crank it again to see if it comes back. see if you smell fuel with the oil. Before that, check if your fuel pump is priming/on. If you do these things and everything checks out come back and tell us!
