My safc only shows up to 9999...

I know my motors seen over 10k before and never had any issues from it. I also missed this was before I had my msd installed.

you have a msd ? 6al ?do you feel like the msd holding up power ? because everybody talks that the msd doesnt function well ..

Apex Neo shows up to 12,000 or 14,000 i dont remember right now .

thats the best of the 8969 helps the engine life...lol i remember once in the drag strip mine in a missed second gear go all over to 9,936 rpm and nothing happened thanks to 8969 with stock springs and cams.

im planning of somehow putting a rev limiter in my motor .

Get a MSD Digital 6


and about switching off cams I don't know if the apex does it but atleast the greddy mss has the option to cut off at X RPM.

From what I've read about your motors you will really need a rev limiter. Surprised you don't have one now.

people here let them rev . i know pple that has rev the hell out of VE motors more than 10,000.
