Is there a wire on the ecu that I can use as well? or does the tach convert it to something to send to the ecu? If so, I'll just hook it directly up to the gauge cluster. Thanks gtswrx!

Just use a dvom to figure out which wire on the coil supplies voltage, and its the other wire that you use for a trigger. Not sure if it will work for RPM or not, but it worked for a trigger wire on my b13 for the msd igntion.

Which wire do you use on the B14 for an ignition box? I know on the B13 you can use the negative wire for the coil for the trigger, but on the B14 JWT has a complicated ass proceedure for wiring up the external coil....its very confusing.
Thanks
