So my question after all this is: Does anyone have the nistune bin for a typical VE so I dont blow something up, does anyone have a copy of the software to save freaking $200, (answered questions): do I need the programmer board if I have the ecutalk cable or can I do it realtime then at that point, and does my ecutalk cable work so I dont have to repurchase that again?
Answer to 3rd question:
According to this website, the package includes software, the board, and the usb consult cable, leading me to believe there is no need for the chip burn board.
