Summit vvl switch activation problem
I got wired up my Summit 830452, but i have problem i can hear solenoids clicking, but engine sounds still same. No kick, no noise changes.
I was trying low activation points like 2500-3500rpm and on idle. I read its hard to hear cams switching at that kind of rpm plus there is no enough oil pressure to switch cams.

Thanks for any help.

If I activate my cams at idle, my car sounds like it has s4's an it idles at 500rpm like its tryin to stall.. I'm curious.. Maybe try hookin them directly up an bypass the rpm switch... If no change pull the valve cover an check for sludge. An make me a diagram of the wiring

It works now. It need to plug both brown wires from each solenoid. That goes to Summit Switch. Window is set to low 4800rpm, high 8000rpm.

I would set the high one as high as possible so it doesn't shut the cams off at 8000
