I thought the pics are self explanatory. You can see the inner pulley of the regulare 20VE is 4 spokes with hollow sections, while the 20V inner pulley is solid. Plus I held them in my hands, and it was not close. The 20v pulley is almost twice as heavy, but realistically it's one and half (1.5) pound more.

Ha, like when I bought what I *thought* was a totally stock 97 SE-R from this girl out in western PA.. I finally see the car. It has an intake, full exhaust, Tein coilovers, front and rear STB's, camber plates, gauges, short shifter, all for $1k. She obviously had no idea anything was modified. I asked her casually a week later and she said her ex-b/f "had a lot of money and put in lots of aftermarket parts for her" (but unfortunately changing the friggin' oil must have been off the table)
