Check for vacuum leaks, too.

Looking at that picture your timing looks low try bumping it up, that usually gives you some idle and hp.

btw I could have told you your problem awhile ago.....I had the same exact issue. That dumb tube that comes from the iacv must get a reading after the maf, but before the throttle body.....oops:o
