turbo ve?
hey guys I was wondering if I lower the comp down to about 9:5.1 or close to it how much boost would the ve hold on a built bottom end?after I built the bottom end it would handle more than 15lbs wouldnt it?

Ummm...it will hold whatever you build it to...

My guess would be from 10psi to 50psi

lol, if it's built it will handle almost anything as long as if it's tuned right.

dig a little deeper into the search well buddy. you can make a stock ve hold 10lbs. building a motor then you can hold a lot more.

@ 10 lbs on a t2 series turbo youll be satisfied anyhting else will require BUILT.

I want to use a t3to4e and run about 15lbs. would stock det pistons hold or do I have to get aftermarket MAN pistons lol?

Why do a lot of people say this? I'm boosting 12lbs all day no problem. AC/PS full interior G20 in 90+ degree weather, no hicuups for the last few months.

I got it up to 15lbs on a couple of special occasions. lol

i got a b15 with det bottom end and ve head running a T25 at 14psi and af 12.o all the way through and she has no problem, it has supporting mods.

do I need after marker pistons or can i use a used set of det pistons?

used det pistons are fine
