Sorry to bring this back again but I have a couple of questions

In order to keep the cruise control I was gonna use a DE TB but I was afraid the DE were smaller than the VE, as far as I can read the VE and DE are basically the same TB's?

If not I'll just loctite them and call it a day

they are the same size, but to make the de one work you gotta get creative.. well i dont know about a low port one cause i didnt have access to one, but u def gotta get creative on the highport one but its not that hard.. also if u want to keep the coolant lines u gotta get creative other wise just loop it

Just get a lowport DE throttle body. I have cruise and everything fit without issue. DE & VE are the same size.

absolutely keep the de tps, much easier an cheaper to find then the VE one plus im not sure the ve one would fit? i went through 2 ve tps an both failed shortly after install, swapped the de TB on an havent had an issue since, hell its prolly the stock 91/92 tps haha

I'm going DE TB and TPS, I have read that 98+ TPS USDM DE and VVL TPS could match.

Thnx
