Are you asking where it is? If so, its attached to the fuel pump assembly inside the fuel tank. (under the rear seat)

If you didn't put the Walbro in, then you need to know that when you crack that access panel open, most likely you will need to replace that o-ring that seals it. Otherwise, you will get a constant gas smell, most likely.

Might I suggest that a more probable part to trplace is the fuel filter in the engine bay, It's like $5 - $10 at a parts store, and super easy to replace. (10 minutes MAX)

Are you talking about the strainer? The One that looks like a little vacuum bag?

booge if theres an auto store that has strainers you can find one that matches up... go with fuel pump and the lil clip that holds it.. DONT LOSE THE CLIP.
seriously dont lose the clip. any strainer will work as long as it holds on with the clips an is sorta or really close to the way the old one looked.

Does someone want to explain why fuel has anything to do with popping under deceleration?

The ecu turns off the injectors when no throttle is applied, therefore the popping should have no relation.

Secondly, wouldn't a popping immediately after lift indicate excess fuel?

Where am I reading things wrong here?
