This is the dyno that reads the lowest correct? If so, d*mn good numbers!

^Same question. I'm interested in that intake manifold as well. I would love to get my hands on one, but I think I would need a build bottom end with HC to take full advantage of it. I would love to build a 2.4L.

Bad news on the intake manifold. I messaged Jeff aka Fastnx and he said his brother made them and will not be making anymore

^How many did he make? Cory is the only person I have seen on the forum with one like this one.

I'm not sure but he said he made some a few years ago. Maybe some lucky non forum members got them on.

I know another guy on the other forum named fast200sx that had this guy names jason baynes make IM. But fast200sx hasn't logged on since last year and the guy who knows him hasn't had word back from him.

I wrote to this IM company called Magnus in canada and they said they would be able to make a IM and are willing to do a group buy thing but I have no clue in what the IM should be spec'd to for them to make one for the VE motor. I haven't gotten any price quotes on it though.

^Mazwrox has a turbo VE manifold, but not a N/A one available that I know of. I like the one JUN has on his VE, but he has a stupid built VE motor so I'm not sure how much it would help on a stock bottom end VE.

ok well here is my latest dyno. and for those of you wondering my 212/152dyno was still untuned, on a dynojet. on this dyno i made 211/151 on my last set up with a rough tune..

the only thing ive added was some machined sr16 pistons. they have 2mm deeper valve reliefs so i think that puts it at high 11:1 to low 12:1 cr. so the car is no longer stock :o. so basically the pistons gave me a total of 6whp, but my curve was greatly improved up top, the tune may have also helped the curve a lot as i re scaled the timing maps for higher res up top. even though im still only tuning to 8k. i wish i had a better way to tune, i make peak power at 8.5k and it holds awesome but i have no control of the timing up there... so who knows how much better i could get it to hold

im just really happy with the curve, ill try and get a map of my last set up tuned vs this new graph, i forgot to have it printed.

thanx for the compliments, my goal is to trap 110, and i couldnt quite do it with the stock set up so i decided to drop these in for fun. the 2.3 will probably be coming soon after i get settled in a new house.

track day tomorrow and sunday, ill try and make it out

and about the manifold, its nothing too special, i really dont like it. i think its a little too short, i had requested 7in runners and i cant run my heater anymore! i was pretty disappointed with it actually. but i got this very cheap so i could test it out..

shane @ db did the tuning. this guy is pimp of the year, he has been tuning my car since ive been NA and he really does a great job. a lot of respect to him
