water pump

will the rr water pump work on the ve motor without any mods....just str8 bolt up ???

SR20ve and SR20 de water pumps SHOULD be the same. The SR20 DET is different.

My VE pump was exactly the same as my 99 DE pump. I have noticed that some SR20s come with a cast iron looking pump with a inferior design. But these could be parts-store china-made knockoffs.

as far as Ive seen all FWD SR water pumps except for the GTIR can interchange. Im using a VE water pump on my highport DE.

I've heard the one that is sell in autozone its ok and should be enought if u dont wanna wait for get a nissan one.
