I have 2 of them, always keep spares. Send anywhere in the US for $52 each if someone is really needing it.

Hey that's my video heh^ apologies for babbling

For the record, a QG18DE solenoid is perfect fit and I see no reason it shouldn't work (engine not running yet), but it is physically different to both the solenoids that were in my VVL block.

Is the intake and exhaust solenoid interchange able like will it still work if you put the intake solenoid in the exhaust and exhaust into the intake will it work. In my mind I think.."THINK" it work but just wodering.

Nvm I found my answer. It won't work.

does the intake cam sounds loud when vvl kicks in?
when i unplugged the exhaust cam and left the intake cam plugged I didnt notice a different sound when the vvl kicked in..

update:
checked solenoids they both click when connected direct to the battery
checked solenoid plugs, by wiring/connecting in a light bulb to it and it lit up when vvl was activated on both plugs..So my conclusion is that the intake cam when activated doesnt sound as loud as the exhaust cam when big lobes are engaged..anyone beg to differ?

Right - the intake is not as loud as the exhaust.
