I use a PLMS/Nistune board and can also do this. Very cheap for you guys considering the exchange rate these days.

ok I really need a solid answer on this. I pulled the old 5th gear pop out sr16 tranny off and replaced it with another sr16(hydraulic) tranny and found out it has a much shorter cut axle left in it, which didn't match my old tranny.

Anyway both trannys look exactly the same (fins and hump), but the old one has a longer axle. What axle do you guys think I need and do I have a n1 or something different??

Btw I already talked to the guy where I got it and he swears it's a sr16ve tranny and gets all his stuff from japan, which I do believe by looking around in his shop and all the front clips he has.

I got your response and thankyou very much, but can you tell me if I can buy one locally? If not can I just buy the one? Or do I have to buy the pair?

Thanks again for the answer and do have any idea how that long one came out of the drivers side?

The long spline always comes out of the driver side of the car, which is the Left side or hump side.
