TRY A PUSH BUTTON START, they're like 5-10 bux an they come in handy, you dont even have to install it in the car just hook it up to see if you can get the engine to crank over or possibly start

Are you not getting what?

Fuel or Spark?
If missing spark check the O2 sensor and the Distributor Coil electrical plugs are exactly the same, you migth have them criss crossed, or:
If missing fuel, check for pump fuse, fuel injectors ect ect...

Or make sure you didn't mix the feed and return lines on the rail. But I think he said that it clicks once, but does not turn over/crank, so none of these are possible solutions.

Do something for me, splice the neutral sensor input wire (going to the computer) directly to a ground and see if the car starts.

I am not getting anything at all, I am trying to get the engine to crank then spin then fuel then spark, voila, engine running. Morelikely to be clutch relay or bad starter. Mmm
