its the ve throttle body, i believe its got a special valve it it that allows more air, and i believe its triggered by the coolant flowing as well

Yea I am going to have to mess with teh adjustment to get the cold idle down though, I don't feel comfortable with my car idling 2500-3000 when it is 30*F out ahha.

By the way, I would wait on adjusting the idle until you get the new computer in. I had the same problem on my DE computer and the problem went away when the JWT computer went in. Made a big diff in driveability as well.

You probably just never paid attention. Ive seen my various DE's and my DET do this when its super cold out. The colder it is the higher it idles. But my idle drops down quickly once it starts warming up.
