What RPM do you guys have yours set at for activation? I'm at 5200

Guessing RPM's wont give you the optimal switch points. I've used Virtual Dyno with great success tuning out activation points. Just data log a low cam only run and high camp only run, plot them on the graph, and where low cam stops making power is where you should activate high cam. This makes it super seamless powerband wise.

I have a more general question - where do you guys mount your MSD boxes? Right now mine is just sorta hanging out on the passenger side floor by the ECU.. but I want to put it somewhere I can see it/access it better. The problem is, it was wired with very little slack, so there's not many options. This may be a dumb question, but do I need a special gauge of wire to splice into it to mount it somewhere better?

Mine like a few is in the engine bay up abouve where the clutch cable comes through the firewall. I love that location for it, or in the glovebox is anotehr good spot.
