good write up using this as a guide line on my sr16ve head swap onto a bluebird block . Will the manifold still need some grinding to clear the oil filter housing ?

anyone know the compression ratio of a ve head on a det block??
i searched and can't find a # for det blocks....i just might be a newb however

kind of a newbie to sr20's
Correct me if im wrong i can swap a ve head onto my b13 ser block ? by tweaking these little things ?

Where and how much liquid gasket is using when putting on the headgasket?

From what i can tell in the FSM - Its just used on the bottom (block) side of the gasket, in two places, where the front cover meets the block.


Is that right?

Stupid question but just to confirm this is the waterpipe bracket hole that's already in the head behind cylinder #4 correct?
