I have yet to drop the transmission been too busy with work and the holiday stuff... This would be the 1st trans on the B13 that I have broken. It had a MFactory 4.7FD in it too :???: I have a coup...

MFactory does these require shimming? Per the FMS you can shim the original ones but these are built differently.
