Dala The wiper amplifier is incorporated into the wiper switch on the B13, and that would be the prime suspect. Replace switch and report back. :)

Wow I didn't realize it took that many rotations. I must of rotated the engine a good 20-30 times before i freaked out and reset everything.

Dala, I doubt those plastic tie-straps are gonna hold that! You're better off bolting it to the pallet.
