Yes, it is possible, but would require a large amount of custom programming. You could accomplish the same thing with a turbo timer.

You can't run the VVL from the ADC box .. the ADC box is for inputs only.

Pretty much any laptop that is capable of running Windows XP and up should be able to run the program with no real issue...

canx2k yes Nemu can control boost via electronic boost controller, JKTUNING sells them for about $60. I got two of them just too lazy to install them and wire them in.
