I would recommend you to put new oil, and as lynchfourtwenty put some oil over the lobes before starting, run it for a while and change oil and filter again... i would do oil changes every 1000 mil...

Thats nice, I still have to take my car to the exhaust shop to get the clearance fixed.
Yesterday i was able to drive a little faster and the car feels so much stable, a lot more overstee...
