That's not dramatic. Without that nut, the bearing will get fucked and if you grenade a wheel bearing your wheel could fly off. Hopefully the bearing is not trashed

There is no sidewall. If you want it to sit and look like a radial you'll need to up the pressure.

Also what size are you running? If your running a 22 or 23 on a 15 inch rim there isn't much side...

It all really depends on how bad the distribution was on your previous Plenum...

In the end we allll know dynos read differently. Trap speeds are the best real indicator along w accurate weight. Good job, don't take any of this as negative.

I tend to think that on a 2.0 , a 1 5/8 to 1 7/8 w a 2.25 would best suite a sub 250whp 2.0.

If these are std pin height pistons then you'll need a shortened rod. . I guess you didn't really specify on the list

With the larger studs and step deck head there should be absolutely no sealing issues. Not to mention the fact that with the extra bore you'll be making more power with lower boost pressures ......
