the issue has been resolved, it was a huge vacuum leak. But nonetheless it's a great idea to shine light to look for vacuum leaks.

In fact the TDC mark on the crank pulley didn't match. We used the long rod into cylinder 1 and rotated the engine manually and also by blowing compressed air into the opposed cylinders.

I would first worry about those compression numbers before thinking about cams, they are way low
I don't have any issues with decel while on high rpm, but it's anoying to have fuel cut everytime I let off the gas becuase it makes the ride around town or while stuck on traffic really jerky.

Either an AFC or maybe an FPR. You shouldn't have serious AFR issues though, I've run an SR20VE with a DE ECU and it runs ok.
Seems this was false air getting in from an intake hose, double checked everything and it's running fine now.

SR16 head with a SR20VE block would be the same as putting SR16 cams on a stock SR20VE as the valve head is the same. I've read here on the forum close to 10whp gain with proper tune.

It gets boring to hear the same speech over and over, you're loosing way too much power down low... there's no back pressure.. bla bla bla
I've also got W8 on my tuning laptop, the only issue I faced was with the usb-serial adapter (prolific) that came with my innovate wideband lol NEMU works just fine
The pin you choose for 12v or ground doesn't matter, works both ways. In my case I wired both directly to the battery for the 12 volts and then wired through the firewall for the ground activation....
