You need the intake manifold injectors fuel rail iac and lines from a USDM late 90s sr20de to make that motor work with your current wire harness. I have told this to everyone that buys that motor,...
Nissan uses a banjo bolt. I took mine to the hydro line store and had them test fit mine to run -AN fitting with a custom line. The trick is to use an extended hydro clutch line for a 240sx, they f...
I was gonna say I know you built the motor not long ago. Its looking good man. Lets see you put some real boost to it now 15psi is for stock vvl motors. 500hp on 20-22psi is very doable.......plus ...
What maf is in the car? The gtir and standard det don't use the same maf. Your best bet is to use an safc on top of the ecu to adjust and tune for injectors.
I'm running a 94 Altima clutch pedal and master cyl. in my b13 with hydro trans/clutch system. It bolts right in if you enlarge the upper bracket mounting hole.

Both.
I had an intake with q45TB and tri-y header on my ve. The header felt like it added more hp over all but the intake manifold and TB increased throttle response by ten fold.
Check for spark and fuel see what's missing and go over that system.
Yep, bad ground. Go over all the main grounds inside and out.
Disconnect and wire brush all the ground contact points even if they seem tight, when you ground out the car and see sparks a lot of t...
Very nice, you guys are rolling deep in b13s. Now lets see some money shots(engine pics).
I would ask the trans shop why they didn't notice the bad gear. A fifth gear with pop out issues is obvious, the gear and engaugment collar are worn to the point that a shop should notice. The sad ...
Let's put together a meet, doing it the same day the track is open would sweet. Meet, cruise and track day.
Does the car rev out and pull to redline smooth if you don't switch the cams over? Check to see if this makes a different and let us know. What are you using to switch the cams. It is very common t...
Skip the 6 speed trans and keep the 4.1 diff gears. Don't bother doing any heavy porting work to that head. The rest of your list sounds good. If your hell bent on keep the stock head just install ...
I don't think you guys are getting my point, these headers look awesome and the fab skills of the builders are top notch. I'm just saying putting a 1200$ header on a 700$ motor is not a good invest...

Exedy, act = your issues
Get a spec stage 5 or fx500
The fx500 can be picked up for 306$ online right now.

Ps floor mount pedals will be a bitch to make work just use a 1994 altima hydro clutch pedal and parts. They bolt in with very little work. You should really read all the 6spd swap threads before a...
The first thing I would do is put the old iacv and AAC back in just to rule that out. You stated that you didn't mess with the vacuum lines or piping but the iacv and AAC are part of the vacuum lin...

Sounds to me like the 240sx transmission would be your best bet, not because it will work AT ALL but because it might teach you something.
Stick with what you have now it's your best option.

I use the b18 headers, they have tighter runners and collectors.
