Storm run the virtual dyno or take it to real dyno and see where you make peak power then set the limiter from that point.
I say screw the SR20 and get a hold of a VQ35HR. With the normal bolt on stuff and a tune you will be close or at 300whp with some good TQ numbers.

Ouch, Get a skid plate made for the header too. Mine hangs low but my skid plate saved it a few times. My car is hella flush at the moment.
