a t28 will work ok on a ve, but i wouldn't go any smaller.. a disco is a step in the right direction tho. check my thread out in my signature..
might be bad chips.. i got sick of my basic board real fast.. my wife kept telling me her car would have these issues and when i'd go take a look it would be fine, then one day i caught the sucker ...
