Yep, my Walbro 255lph melted the stock wiring after about 10k miles. Was running 26+ psi boost at times. I would suggest a fuel pump rewire if you upgrade to 255lph or higher. If your wiring goes u...
it is to reduce weight and friction, both. the cam has to be balanced, yes, like any would need to be. another issue is a stiffer valvetrain could break these cams in an sr engine.

No bellmouths, and runners measured just under 7 inches.....I'll post more pics later
Its probably the few that are on the outside of the head that connect it to parts of the block and front cover/oil pump housing.
OK. So of course I would like some pretty fastener kits.
I cannot find any more info on your website. Where, specifically, is more detail?
Pics of these fasteners installed? Before pic with...
For turbo applications, there really doesnt have to be any testing, research, or anything special involved in making an intake manifold, in the turbo world, its all about flow....bigger runners and...
My high comp 20VE uses a centre fed manifold with 45mm ID runners and 54mm velocity stacks. Total runner length is 11.5" from the flange to the end of the stack. Made 209whp with a piggyback ecu ...
Ive shaved and notched sr16 pistons... the notched pistons lasted much longer
also I measured my sr20ve chamber to be 40.5cc's at the time. so err on the side of caution when doing "calculations"...
A word about cheap aftermarket axles
In my my opinion its a good budget header that will perform better than a SSAC type of header!!
Its not the best!!
The big tube piping sizes and collectors make more power!!
That's a fact!! We h...
I think you should try it and see. As long as the air flow isn't restricted in any way, there shouldn't be any issues with the setup, other than making sure that the box is properly sealed so that...
To answer you question, no not really. The MAF meter is just a measuring tool. I look at the MAF meter as an "open-source" measuring tool that should not affect air flow or resonant frequency, re...
This is an intake DougFab made for me, Q45 TB and 3.5" intake pipe.

"If they build it, they will come."
That being said, there is no off the shelf, bolt on, intake manifold, period. The closest we have is the Xcessive plenum which takes some modification to make...
TheSam mentioned in his first post Kelfords... but nothing else... if he is planning on BIG duration... then it is wiser to go with the shorter stroke, if he is running relatively mild duration he...
Easiest thing to do is drop the N1 head complete with N1 cams, manifold, throttle body on a 20VE block.
Considering the actual waxstat is encased in the throttlebody, you would have to replace the entire throttlebody if the wax dries and seizes up. Costly replacement..
I personally think the IACV ...
I know this thread is old, but to save starting a new thread I thought I'd update this thread with info.

This got sorted out with new oil pressure meter, i bought stri dsd-slm II and no more 0bar pressure. Difference was in hole diameter in sensor. stri has around 2-3mm and autogage has smaller than 1mm.
It is not worth it because it takes $$$ and time to INSTALL the SSAC, then pay for Dyno time, uninstall then Install the Medusa again all in the same day just to get some numbers. It is also hard ...
