That is some high-performance mechanically engineered beige rubberized JDM cardboard. It creates additional downforce under the windshield wipers, which generates an underhood draft effect sucking...

What about a wireless bluetooth receiver that plays through you FM radio... not the best solution, but a close 2nd...
