depending if thats the 52 trim or 56 trim 2871r you should be around 375-400whp @20psi. Changing to a non log manifold will net you the largest gains.

i vote for throwing those sr16 pistons into the DE block and then using the DE block with the VE head.
Going back to a DE is the worse advice I have ever read on this forum......

ive seen an excessive setup w/stock TB lose 10whp. I think its impt to note, the excessive should be mated to the q45 TB
