I haven't installed the kit all at once, I did them piecemeal, but I believe I have replaced every bushing under the car with urethane at one point (and uninstalled some later). I don't know which ...

I put the entire kit in a long time ago. The ride quality was better. I only changed what was bad, like the sway bar end links. If it's not broke don't fix it. You'll just need to check everything ...

I have not done this myself but I believe the bushing for the rear lca cause binding issues. I'll let someone who has done this chime in!

I did my whole B13. Everything went pretty easy. Some might require pressing. I wouldnt do the front LCA since mines created bump steer

Took the SE-L to work today for a shake down. 2.5 exhaust is back on. Without the silencer, I have to roll by cops in 4th gear....it's loud! Slight leak at the cat flange to seal...no biggie. Still...

Engine and 6 speed is in the smurf!

And the "other" car literally is getting a few coats of clear right now!!

I'm a bit late to this thread. Track days are a lot of fun. What I used to do was change my pads and tires at the track. I did use porterfield r4 and at the time I used kumo v700(shaved)which I use...
