The block should be the same, you want to match the oil pans to the dip stick.

The key is rounded on the crank side. When you tightened the pulley the key was not seated correctly and ended up pushing through the pulley.

SR20VET and SR20VE Manifold Have Something In Common

Very cool man. For a shakedown tune it's not bad at all. You may want to look into going a tad bigger on the rear housing. The .82 will help you out a ton.

My boy Mike ran high 11's in a full weight G20 probably at 3,000lbs. A properly setup B13 on decent amount of smack and slicks will run those times with no weight reduction needed. Just gotta drive...
