The "five different ways" all say that it's a logged value on the Data Screen. I also explained how NismotronicSA determines the value. Hope that helps!

We know how to get into timing mode, we are trying to figure out what the tune's base timing is configured off of so we can set physical timing correctly. It's currently set to 5* (crank timing).

It wouldn't matter if you "sync" the timing at 5, 15 or 30 degrees .. it would still put the dizzy in the same position.

Reason being is the ECU is telling the dizzy what timing value it wants ....
