It's nearly if not completely impossible to replace the actuator with the turbo in place. Realize that you're going to have to take it all apart.

On my VE, there's a rubber piece that goes into the VC. The PCV snaps right into it.

I can't remember which pcv I ordered though. Greg will know anyways.

Most likely true. The A/C system is not complicated but it is easily messed with. Bryan works wonders with A/C systems and his advice is truly great. Thanks bhowle for contributing.
