I got a manifold from him around May or June. I know he was moving and still getting situated around July Or August but I dont know what happened after that. I got that T3 semi sidewinder manifold from him but had to send back the thermostat adapter because the flange on a ve is different than the one of the ve in which that process took about a month and half due to him designing a flange to fit both the ve/de, getting it cut and him moving. He makes really good work for our community but its hard to have a regular job,family and side jobs.

I like the thought of that manifold above, but it is fail waiting to happen.

This project had a years worth of dust on it until a month ago. I'm working on it again and plan to use this setup on my b13...the car is setup for drag and is undergoing a road track build I'll post about the car build soon. Enjoy the pics!

This is a thin wall stainless tubular manifold with a double slip fit 4 into 1 collector. This type of design requires that supporting the full weight of the turbo, the manifolds only intent is flow gas to the turbo, it's not structural. Thick wall manis can do both, but the designer is limited with bend radii. So here is the initial mock up of the turbo support.

The idea is modeled in Solidworks


A rough concept is fabricated and test fit


Printing out concepts on paper is cheaper than steel


Starting to take shape after some refinement


The final design evolved into this


Done with that, moving onto the exhaust...now the fun begins. Here is the initial mock up of the J pipe / B pipe. She starts off as 2.25" and gradually expands to 3.0".

All 304SS .065" wall


Added a v-band for easy wrenching


That's layed out, moving onto the guts of the J pipe which are machined from stainless.

This is the beginning of the turbine flow divider.

Machining the other side of the flow divider. The prototype part is 2 piece so I can manipulate it in the housing for the exact dead nuts final dimensions.


Both parts working together as a gauge in the turbine housing


The final part done and being cut in the bandsaw...I need a larger lathe lol


Using the turbine housing as the fixture to keep everything true and concentric during welding


Mating the flange to the J pipe...getting closer


Alright...time to weld up the B pipe so we can mock up the screamer pipe.

Tacked, cleaned, and ready for some TIG

She's buttoned up...move onto the screamer pipe build. The screamer pipe has a slip fit connection with retention springs. It also has a bellows before the rigid dimple die bracing to the J pipe. This screamer probably won't fit with the stock cross member....haven't test fit it on the car yet. Either way, I'm probably going to build a custom cross member.

i want one of these so0o0o0o0 bad...i would just make a custom screamer, or hav it shoot st8 at the ground for my car...

i still have yet to install your rear arms on my p10....but they recently came back from the powedercoaters...

Do you have a customer for this whole set up ? and will this fit a B14 ? OMG this is sooo SICK ...

Thanks yall! No customer for this setup...I'm testing it on my b13 to find out if my manifold idea works. I do have everything documented with fixtures to rebuild it just in case.

Nice color choice! I'm building a straight down version of the screamer pipe for this setup tonight...going to make it fit the stock cross member first. After that, I'll go mad max on the custom stuff.

if you need a tester...ill swap out my Gtir Mani for this on my p10 in a heartbeat!
