About us
SR20-Forum,

Let us start off by saying thanks for having us as a vendor! Some of you may be wondering who we are and what we do. We are a small family owned design/fabrication business with 25+years of combined welding, fabrication, and engineering experience. Currently, we offer high performance equipment for all sorts of vehicles. With the ability to manufacture almost everything in house from scratch, we often find ourselves working with clients going "beyond custom" to meet their goals. We plan on offering the same services for the members of the dash

Our design and manufacturing facility is located @

738 S. Ste#2 Perry Lne Tempe AZ 85281 - Google Maps

Phones should be up and running by the end of the week.

Thanks

I have seen this manifold in person the other day(the tubular or equal length) in the picture. We tried to fit it on my car and it doesnt fit the turbo(because it hits the valve cover) and the wastegate placement makes u run a honda style radiator...

I was wondering if you have a fix for these scenarios or is it all on customizing our setups?

If this is not the same manifold then I apologize, but it looks Identical to it.

We mocked the manifold up with a T31 standard 4 bolt housing on a low port DE. The customer is running a 5 bolt housing on a VE, which is a little different. Swapping housings should fix the interference problems. This particular manifold also requires a custom radiator setup and works best if the ALT is relocated to the back of the motor. It's a little bit of extra work, but performance is awesome!

We took all these scenarios into consideration along with feedback and have designed a new manifold. This mani requires very little modification to install, retains all accessories (minus stock fans), and has the ability to run Garrett GT and GTX turbos (GT30R, GT35R). The prototype is being welded this weekend. Afterwards, it will be tested on my personal car w/ dyno data to follow.
