I guess Nissan should really get the FAIL stamped on their forehead with the 98/99's.

New longer cats, lots of emissions on TB, different ECU's and harnesses. Just a shame

Calum ECU = you send in your stock ECU to Calum and he does his USB thing and sends it back to you for much cheaper... now you can burn whatever .bin you want onto your ECU.. as many times as you want, with no cost to reprogram it except the electricity for your laptop.


for that reason alone its worth giving up the extra dough for the calum unit....unfortuantely i have been "blessed" with autotragic,so i have to do some digging to find a ECU.

Kinda OT, but is it possible to take the speed limiter off a B14-pre'99 ECU?

Ok, Calum I've got afew pictures of my ECU it's off a 99 car.





The last one is blurred but says...

top line is: 23710 1N411
bottom line: A18-E86 A25

So what does a b14 ecu cost with realtime? I am glad I found this thread it cleared up most of the questions I was wondering but didnt wanna ask because I thought I would sound stupid..haha.This ecu seems like an incredible learning tool.. Just let me know price calum and the turnaround time that would be swet thanks
