@1fastser, @shady45

Not a whole lot. I started to install but found the SR20RR valve cover will not allow for the VW ignition coil in #1. I think Chris Allen was able to use them by shaving the coil. I'll have to check with him. Otherwise I just need to build a new ignition harness and try again with a different VC. I did buy a 3d printer and have been messing around with a few designs. Finals are this week and I won't be taking classes this summer, so I should have some time available.

Awesome...good luck with your finals!

Use 20v valve cover and 20v/S15 coils?

I have before, and its ideal really, but I hate switching everything over just for testing. The VW coils are ideal at the moment due to being the simplest conversion, and cheapest.

The biggest hangup right now is my xterra broke a belt and did 1k in damaged. Need to get that going before digging into the P11.

Any one have a 32bit ecu I can have?

Make sure you get the matching nats key with it.

Wow that really bites. Might I ask how the broken belt caused that much damage? I've got a new-to-me 2011 xterra. That would really suck.

My guess would be that the timing belt broke and possibly bent some valves, requiring head work

@Y2KG20 I need one so I can make a model of the plug in Auto-cad. I plan to make a conversion harness and print my own ecu connector. Since no one sells just the connector, I figure this would be good for gander.

@P10coodness, @1fastser Serpentine belt broke. Some how it got wrapped up in the fan hub and another pulley. When it bound up the fanhub and fan broke off of the water pump and went through the radiator then got lodged between the radiator and crank pulley.

So the tally is as follows: Crank pulley, water pump pulley, water pump, radiator, fan, fan hub/ clutch. While I am at it, timing belt, plugs, wires, cap and rotor (maybe CNP conversion with some ls1 coils).

I am considering a elec fan conversion though. may need a big ass fan though. Should be easy enough with an arduino or pic controller and one of those inline temp adapters for the hose. The shame of it is I just put new cooper AT3's on it and was planning on selling it. Now I am going to be in it another 1k on top of 800 in tires. Might as well keep it.
