alternate to 20v cas?
Would need a couple pieces machined to be able use it like Im thinking... but it may be cheaper than getting a $300 20v CAS

Probably able to make it work with just a flat plate to mount it to the dizzy
a piece machined to connect its shaft to the dizzy shaft that will screw into the threaded hole

Does anyone else see my vision?

Wouldn't you still have to use a CDI?

Wouldnt work with OEM ECU, unless you could install a 360:1 optical disc in it.
&
I dont know if the NEMU can be setup to use a 24:1 disc pattern but all the other standalones out there this would fine with.

Alternate to this is a Hal Sensor or CDI with pencil coils and use the dizzy as a signal (this is what I run)

Has anyone tried to run a CAS & Coils without an EMS? I know the 20V comes with it but did anyone tried starting up with a stock ECU?

You can use a regular DE/DET/VE as a CAS and make your own cap, but you still need to drive 4 independent coils on a stock ecu that only has 1 coil output right?

Well i just went to the yard and tried out a Q45 one. It might need to be taken down .50mm and you will need a 1/4" spacer. Cheaper alternate since all the Q45 have CAS?
