Each distributor was different from the next. Remember to sync ignition timing everytime you swap distributors. With two the car broke up really bad. Thank god the last one seemed to do the trick. I was planning to just go with a 20V CAS and do COP. I won't play with it unless I happen to run into ignition issues. Stock OBD2 coil has been doing the job even over 300whp N/A.

Mine was also. I converted my obd1 b13 harness to run an obd2 B15 distributor. My buddies P11 did ok on his factory distributor making around 350whp boosted. I think above that level is when guys ran into spark issues. Might be an option for you versus using the 20+ year old B13 distributors.

Yes I am running the smaller disc since I went OBD2. I believe its the 50mm 24-1 wheel. The obd1 distributors use the 54mm 24-1.

I see what you mean. I would wager the coil is causing a lot of noise. I've scoped these wires the past few days and I can confirm they are very very noisy. I'm curious if running an external coil will alleviate the issue. EM field will have the greatest affect on voltage.
