Hey @JKTUNING, thanks for helping @BenFenner understand some of the powah of NEMU capability. I saw what you have done in person with it and I find it extremely similar to anyone else whom I have watched tune with a Haltech, Apexi PowerFC, or AEM.

Just wanted to chime in since I recently bought an AEM. While I always want to support Nissan vendors, the series 1 AEM's are getting DIRT cheap. Full standalone for under $400 is unbeatable imo.

Yah, if that's OBDII I'm not surprised. If that's OBDI then you'll really impress me. =]

In 2011 I acquired two AEM 30-1610's, used for $500 and brand new for $550. I still sold them both to get a NEMU.

Btw why would OBD2 be so much cheaper @BenFenner?

I can answer that, because nobody wants them.

I believe @Kyle has it. Not many folks modifying FWD OBDII SR20s to that extent. Not many of them out there, and not many in a performance chassis. Also tough vehicle inspections to deal with.

Yah, but did you make a good profit? And could you have used them anyway? You probably needed OBDI, right?

One I lost money one I made money thus broke even.

To me it didn't matter if it was OBD1 or 2 because I'm OBD2 32 bit, I had to make a step down harness/repin harness either way I went. I honestly didn't want to deal with the complexity of getting a stand alone running for a DD, plus Serial port for communications, oh please...
