go into the program settings, set it to auto connect logger an shit then close the program turn the key to OFF and reopen the program, if it asks you about setting the unit up for logging click Yes.. then open your tcd again an try again..

nissanz.net.nz • View topic - Nismotronic Nemu setup help

Have a look thru this thread, I haven't finished it yet but I've tried to include a lot of bits of information that are in different places on the Web.

Have you cut the consult wires on the ecu plug?

What is your car and engine setup?

Take a snap shot of the screen with the SA plugged in and running. As I mentioned before, check to see if the record/play button is selected. If it is, it WONT show logs but will be logging in the background

I have a feeling that if he can get the MAP loaded up, then it is connected via the keys/cable/data logger/emulator option pressed @lynchfourtwenty

Two things I've seen crop up a lot is people trying to use a "bin" file or a tcd from RT, and also not knowing about the need to cut the consult wires to get data stream. The information is out there, but it's not obvious to the 1st time tuner when they receive a Nemu in a box and install themselves given there is no documentation in the box.

I'm going to do a bit more work on the thread I posted above, get some screen shots and try post up some basic setup stuff to get a tcd working for the 1st timer.

Unfortunately there are no base "tunes" yet for specific setups, so if you don't have a wideband and/or some experience with tuning, plugging it in and starting the car is not going to be a instantly rewarding experience.

If I can find a car with a stock Ve and some time I will make a Ve startup file that can be driven on to get a car running ok, atm I have only tuned a 16ve with n1 cams and 16ve maf on a nemu so it's not going to be a good file for anyone.

Im not sure I know what you are implying? My NX is up and running now with a VE tcd file. I figured that part out.

My board sees my laptop and connects, I can upload and download to the board too.

I cant read the live data happening which means a tuner camt see whats happening. Thats only issue right now and I wasnt planning on messing with any of the values.
