Wait. Do you or do you not currently have a speed sensor installed?

If you have, do you get a speed reading on the cluster?
If you don't, install a speed sensor.

I do not have a sensor. Its a cable driven speedo. I do not have a cable, it broke years ago. I have driven without a speedometer for years. I need the speedometer cable.

That'll do it. I almost asked if you even had it (or had it hooked up), but figured that you would have. Good luck finding one!

Not sure if i have my old one, if i can find it, it is yours.

I placed an order with greg v for one. I found someones post where they ordered one and gave him a call. Greg always comes through in the clutch..or speedo in this case haha (facepalms at his own joke)
