Well got that issue sorted, was clearly a issue with the rpm scale being reversed on one of the maps when i imported the fuel maps from another tune.
Went out to do some tuning, fueling was odd, had to wind massive numbers in to get enough fuel, come to conclusion the pump is dying, stink part is i just filled the tank to the brim so it wouldnt run out while tuning.
Time to find some gas cans to empty it out and change pump.
Got a Walbro 255 to put in, and on that note i found this review.

The Walbro is not up to the specs of some of the more expensive pumps, but is good for 500+ hp, so thats good enough for me, i just worry about reliability, but then the pump i got a couple of years ago (fuelmiser brand to suit sr20det) didnt last that well anyway.
